I have always had a deep passion for graphic design. In group projects in school I was always responsible for creating visual appeasing power point presentations and I have followed this path by doing an apprenticeship as screen-design assistant followed by an apprenticeship as digital media designer which I finished in 2019. Since then I have worked as Junior UX/UI Designer & Frontend-Developer in two Hamburg-based digital agencies where I have been developing and designing websites and webapps.
I am a fast learner and I have no problem with getting into new design software and teaching myself new stuff.

I use Adobe Photoshop to design Website Layouts and edit Pictures. Skill Level: 6/10
With Adobe Illustrator I create SVGs such as the Skill-Icons seen in this Content-Element. Skill Level: 7/10
With Adobe InDesign I learnt how to create presentations and I often use it to create birthday cards etc. Skill Level: 8/10
I tried Adobe Fresco and learned the basics. Definitely want to draw more! Skill Level: 3/10
I edited one or two travel videos. Skill Level: 4/10
In the last two years I worked with Figma for all my Designs and I love it! Skill Level: 7/10
Sketch Skill Level: 3/10
I can write HTML to develop website just like this one. Skill Level: 10/10
There's always new stuff for CSS and I try to keep myself updated as best as possible. Skill Level: 9/10
SCSS Skill Level: 9/10
I am not able to write my own javascript/jquery yet. However, I can search for the right script and use it for my own needs. Skill Level: 4/10

Most websites I developed in the last two years were with the CMS Typo3. Skill Level: 5/10

My guilty pleasure is watching movies and tv shows for sure – the magic of diving into different worlds and finding joy in it has always been fascinating to me. Which is why I also love reading – give me a book and I‘ll probably won‘t move for the next few hours.
Though one probably does not need more than that, I also love going to musicals, plays or concerts. In fact, I used to work as temporary employee at the local concert arena in Hamburg for seven years until the pandemic. You know, to me working is not just getting the job done and earning money – it is also about the people you work with and actually liking whatever you do. I believe it is key to a healthy and enjoyable life. I‘m always eager to learn and explore new things.
